The journey to compassionate eating begins differently for everyone. Maybe you just cut back on red meat. Maybe you choose 1 day each week to go meat-free. Maybe you go all out & jump into truly compassionate & green eating by going all vegan, local, whole foods (whew! that makes even the VeganWitch tired!).
Whatever your path or choices, they’re yours & they’re o.k.
For me & mine, we are about 99% vegan (occasionally have dairy when eating out…I’m not a saint, I’m a witch!)
